After the opening sequence finishes, select Preferences under the Options Menu and enter, Hold A and press B, B, B, B, B, B
Unlimited Apples.
When you go into the area where you fight the plague king, don't attack any of the enemies and don't walk in front of them. One of the enemies will be shooting arrows at a tree and apples will keep falling down. The problem is you can only have 9 apples in your inventory at a time.
